Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT – London) will be processed the next business day.

UK Deliveries

We primarily use Royal Mail for UK orders.

  • While estimated delivery times are accurate in most cases, they are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, high-demand periods, or local disruptions.

DPD Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

For faster service, we also offer DPD delivery, which includes:

  • Delivery Monday to Friday
  • Signature required upon delivery

DPD Exclusion Zones:
DPD delivery is not available for the following UK postcodes:
AB, BT, DD8-10, FK8, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-41, TR20-25, ZE
Customers in these areas will receive delivery via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.

International Orders

We proudly ship to multiple countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and most EU countries.

Customs & Duties:

  • EU Customers: We cover all VAT, duties, and import fees — no extra charges at the border.
  • Non-EU Customers: Import taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.

International parcels may be subject to security checks and customs delays.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak seasons and public holidays, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
