Return & Refund Policy

At THRIVE+, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we comply with consumer protection laws in the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia, consumable products such as supplements, gummies, and other ingestible items have special return conditions for health and hygiene reasons.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened products unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at help@thriveplusnutrition.com before sending anything back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Windows by Region

  • UK, USA, Canada, Australia & Other Non-EU Countries:
    You may return unopened items within 30 days of receiving them.
  • European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
    Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
    Note: This right does not apply to opened consumable products for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for unopened products of the same type (subject to availability).
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used consumable products (unless faulty or damaged on arrival)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
